How do you ship packages?
Some of our packages will be shipped directly from our address.
Some of our packages will be shipped from our suppliers in USA.
Some of our packages will be shipped from china.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to USA.
If you do receive a custom fee please let us know so we can put that in the item information but most of our items there will never be a customs fee.
How long does shipping take?

Each item will say its estimated shipping as 3-12 days or 3-27 days.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 9 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
We are not responsible for items once they have been shipped and a tracking number is provided. Therefore we are NOT responsible for delays, losses, etc.. All claims about missing/damaged merchandise must be made directly with the carrier NOT us.
Every item we sell comes with tracking so you will always be able to contact the carrier.
We will do our best to help you if you have any problem but in some situations only the carrier can refund/replace an item.
We will not be liable for their mistakes.
