Returns & Refunds
I will refund unprocessed or "not available/ out of stock" orders as soon as possible.
All other orders can be returned if you pay the shipping and send the item back to me in up to 14 days from when you receive the item.The tracking that comes with your item/order will tell me the date you received the item.
To be eligible for a refund, you need to email your order number and send me a picture of the item or items to email@example.com and put refund request in the subject of your email.
Please tell me the reason you want the refund.
I will not give you a refund until I get the item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
I will process a refund in up to 10 days from when I receive it.The tracking number when you return it will show what day I receive it.
• All items returned for reasons other than being damaged or defective will be subject to a 20% processing and re-stocking fee.
• Please do not attempt to return the item before contacting me.
